After raising an incredible $70,000 at last year’s gala, we’re back and ready to raise the bar even higher!
This fall, the Phaser Fundraiser returns to Detroit Mountain for another unforgettable evening in support of the Boys and Girls Club of Detroit Lakes.
We’re bringing back the signature red carpet magic, live music, and electric energy that made 2024 unforgettable!
All proceeds go directly to empowering local youth through the Boys and Girls Club.
Whether you show up in a tux, a gown, or just bring the generosity, you’re helping us build something bigger than a party, you’re helping us build futures!

The Black Tie Gala is more than just a fundraiser; it’s a night filled with unforgettable moments and experiences. From walking the red carpet to enjoying exclusive experiences, guests are treated to a memorable evening of glamor and excitement. Oh, and of course some beverages! Live music, food, and new entertainment yearly make this an event to always look forward to!

How Your Donation Makes an Impact
Over the years, the Black Tie Gala has been a large success, thanks to the generosity and support of our attendees, sponsors, and volunteers! From the inaugural event to the most recent gala, we’ve witnessed tremendous growth and impact. Together, we’ve raised significant funds to support the programs and initiatives of the Boys and Girls Club, empowering youth and fostering a brighter future for our community.
The CLUB Teen Center was re-launched in June 2024!
We’re excited for the return of the CLUB Teen Center, which was on hold since the pandemic. Relaunched in June 2024, this program offers middle and high-school students the chance to engage in special interest camps and activities.
- 1,847 Youth were served through CLUB community outreach programs
- 33,121 meals and snack were served at no cost to local youth
- 267 youth participated in programs fostering academic success
- 51 youth participated in programs fostering life and workforce readiness
About the Event
The Phaser Fundraiser – Black Tie Gala, is an annual event dedicated to supporting the Boys and Girls Club of Detroit Lakes.
Since its inception, the Black Tie Gala has become a hallmark event, bringing together members of the community for an evening of elegance, entertainment, and philanthropy.
Each year, attendees roll up in their finest attire and gather to celebrate the spirit of giving while raising vital funds for a worthy cause!
