Loves Most
The people. One of the first things I noticed at Phaser is how quickly team members jump in to help solve a problem, even when it isn't directly their responsibility. There is a genuine sense of teamwork and ownership. I've also enjoyed seeing the relationships our team has built with clients. Those conversations feel like partnerships rather than transactions, and that's something I really value.
Handling Challenges
Like a Pro
As someone who is still relatively new to Phaser, the biggest challenge has been understanding how all the moving pieces connect and learning who is responsible for what across the organization. It's clear that a lot of talented people are doing great work, but it takes time to see how everything fits together. I'm overcoming that by staying curious, asking questions, and intentionally building relationships with team members so I can better understand both their roles and how we work together.

Early Bird or a Night OwlI wish I was a night owl, but years of truck driving won’t allow it.
Pet Pals2 muts haha. Both rescues. Ollie (darker color) is great. All around good-boy, and he loves to chew/shred anything. We’ve just learned to be mindful about what is left out, how much he’s unsupervised, and we make sure to get him very solid chew toys. Philly (white dog) is a tripod. The rescue we adopted her from had found her with a badly injured front leg and had to amputate. She’s a walking anxiety attack, is afraid of everything I do, and gaslights Ollie into being nervous around me also.
Dream Travel DestinationI’ve never been out of the country, but I’d love to visit France or Italy.

Spirit AnimalAn elephant. They’re known for strong relationships, loyalty, and looking out for their community. I value people, relationships, and creating an environment where others can succeed. (I don’t think elephants really do that… but the AI suggested answer sounded solid)
