No two days look the same for Erica. Some days are packed with client calls, sharing performance updates, and welcoming brand-new clients to Phaser. Other days, she’s diving into website and graphic design approvals, setting up Local Service Ads, or following up to make sure clients have completed their “action items.”
Erica’s mission? To advocate for her clients, anticipate their needs, and make their lives easier—especially since many are busy entrepreneurs running their businesses solo.

For Erica, flexibility is everything. Living in Arizona while having family and friends in Minnesota means she can spend extended time back home without missing a beat at work. “It’s been such a blessing to work remotely and still deliver for my clients.”
