Head of Fulfillment at Phaser
Meet Haley McCormick
Building Smarter Systems for a
Stronger Team
For Haley, no two days are alike, but they all revolve around creating solutions that work. As Phaser’s Director of Operations, she spends her time identifying pain points across departments and platforms, then designing scalable, simple systems to solve them for the long haul. Feedback is her compass, she listens closely to the team and iterates often, ensuring every solution truly aligns with what’s needed.
“It’s like being a detective,” Haley says. “I love digging into the details and creating smart, efficient systems that actually work.”
