Meet Juan L
User-Centered, Detail-Driven, and
Always Improving
Juan starts his day by reviewing pending tasks and design priorities. Most of his time is spent in Figma crafting intuitive interfaces and clean visual systems, or building responsive websites in Elementor. He also tests layouts, optimizes user experiences, and collaborates with the team to ensure everything flows smoothly.

For Juan, the challenge is maintaining Phaser’s visual style in every design decision. He meets this challenge by being intentional with every element he creates, always keeping the brand’s aesthetic and tone in mind.
