Meet Luke Eggebraaten
Big-Picture, People-Focused, and
Relentlessly Building
For Luke, a typical day is about 60% working on the business, 10% working in the business, and 30% coaching other agency owners through the 7 Figure Agency Program. His “on the business” work includes everything from restructuring the team, budgeting and forecasting, reviewing financials, meeting with the leadership team, hosting the Dirt Bags Podcast, posting content, business development, sending out custom merch boxes, hiring and raises, building culture, setting program fees and deliverables, recruiting, and even keynote speaking.

What He
Loves Most
The people. Luke says the relationships and memories built with such amazing teammates and clients are by far his favorite part. He feels grateful every day to steward the business and surround himself with positive, supportive people.
Handling Challenges
Like a Pro
Firing. Luke cares deeply about people, which makes this responsibility difficult. While necessary to ensure the right people are in the right seats, he approaches it with as much respect and empathy as possible — always treating others how he would want to be treated.
Outside of
Work
Luke is always chasing adventure. He loves traveling, hiking, biking, golfing, pickleball, surfing, camping, road tripping, watching sunsets, flying planes, trying new foods, going to sporting events (SKOL Vikes!), tossing a football as far as possible, & talking business with fellow entrepreneurs — all alongside his wife, Olivia.
